Orders sent outside of Ukraine are kept at the post office for 5 days. After the expiration of the storage period, the order is automatically canceled without the possibility of redelivery.

Each shipped order is provided with a track code, by which you can track its movement and status. Track codes are sent automatically only for orders sent by Ukr Post.
If you have not received your track code or want to receive a track code for sending Nova Poshta, please write to us: info@podmost.com. Be sure to include the order number, name and phone number in the e-mail.
The return of the product is possible only in the presence of visible physical damage. Please check the product immediately after receiving the package at the post office. To process the return, you must take a photo of the damage and send us an email at info@podmost.com. Please include your order number, order date, name and phone number in your letter.
